Subscription Fulfillment:

1. I subscribed for 1 year, how many issues should I receive?
   • You will receive a total of 12 issues (once a month)
2. I just subscribed to Business Book Summaries. How long before I receive my first issue?
   • If you subscribed online, you will receive links to your first Online issue along with your confirmation email.
   • If your subscription includes CDs, these will arrive in the mail within 3 weeks from the time the order was placed.
3. When will I receive my Bonus Material?
   • All bonus material can be found in your Online Library.

Monthly issues:

1. I downloaded the PDF/MP3 files but cannot open them, what should I do?
   • In order to open PDF files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To download the free version of the program, please go to www.acrobat.com.
   • In order to open MP3 files, you must have MP3 compatible software applications such as Windows Media Player, WinAmp, iTunes.
   • If your subscription includes CDs and you did not receive your latest CD issue of Business Book Summaries, please send us an email and we will resend it.

Enable "Session Cookies":

In order to access trends-magazine.com, you must allow your browser or firewall to accept session cookies.

How to add trends-magazine.com to your list of allowed "Session Cookies" in Internet Explorer:

1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
2. On the Privacy tab, make sure the slider is not set to Block All Cookies.
3. Click on Sites button.
4. Type audiotech.com in the Address of Website and click on Allow. Repeat this step to add trends-magazine.com.
5. Hit OK to close window.
6. Hit OK once again to close the Internet Options window.
7. Restart Internet Explorer by closing all browser windows.

How to add trends-magazine.com to your list of allowed "Session Cookies" in Firefox:

1. In Firefox, click Options in the Tools menu.
2. On the Privacy tab, select Cookies tab then click on the Exceptions button.
3. Once a new window opens, type audiotech.com in the Address of Website field and hit Allow for Sessions. Repeat this step and add www.audiotech.com.
4. Click OK to exit the Options window.
5. Restart Firefox by closing all browser windows.

How to add www.audiotech.com to your list of allowed "Session Cookies" in Zone Alarm/Pro:

1. In Zone Alarm, select Privacy tab and then select Site List. Look for www.audiotech.com in the list of sites.
   • If www.audiotech.com is listed:
     1. Highlight www.audiotech.com and click on Options button.
     2. In the Cookies tab, UNCHECK Block Session Cookies and UNCHECK Block 3rd Party Cookies.
     3. Click OK to close the window.
   • If www.audiotech.com is NOT listed:
     1. Click on Add button, type www.audiotech.com in the URL field and click OK to close the window.
     2. Highlight www.audiotech.com and click on Options button.
     3. In the Cookies tab, UNCHECK Block Session Cookies and UNCHECK Block 3rd Party Cookies.
     4. Click OK to close the window.
