Zero To One:Notes on Startups, Or How to Build the Future

Zero To One is based on a series of lectures Peter Thiel created for Stanford University students in 2012.  One of those students, Blake Masters, worked with Thiel to compile notes from those lectures into a book.  Unlike most books on entrepreneurship, Zero To One is not intended for the typical small business owner who just wants to make a good living.  It’s not about tried-and-true, day-to-day business practices that apply to nearly every business.  In fact, Thiel says, if you are only following in the steps of known entrepreneurs, then you are headed nowhere.  This program titled Big Ideas From Zero To One motivates entrepreneurs to chart their own course, break conventions, change the rules and embrace disruptive technologies that will revolutionize the way business is conducted.
